Due to the fact that a negative result was obtained in the test using a 10 cm sample cube at 140 °C ±2 °C the test item has not to be classified in division 4.2 (self-heating substances) in the sense of UN Manual of Test and Criteria, Method N.4.

Conclusions:
For the classification the test item was tested according to division 4.2 (self-heating substances) according to the UN test N.4, described in the “Recommendations on the Transport of Dangerous Goods: Manual of Tests and Criteria”, 6threvised edition 2015.

Description of key information

Tungsten disulphide was tested according to the UN test N.4, described in the “Recommendations on the Transport of Dangerous Goods: Manual of Tests and Criteria”, 6th revised edition 2015.
