Description of key information

Short-term toxicity to fish

The acute toxicity of the test substance to Zebrafish (Danio rerio) was determined according to OECD 203 under GLP conditions.The 96 hour LC50 was determined to be 12.42 mg/L.

 

Short-term toxicity to aquatic invertebrates

In an acute immobilization key study with Daphnia magna (STRAUS), the effects of the test item were determined according to OECD 202 (2004). After 48 hours the EC50 was determined to be 12.2 mg/L.

 

Toxicity to aquatic algae and cyanobacteria

The toxicity of the test substance to the unicellular freshwater green alga Pseudokirchneriella subcapitata was determined according to the principles of OECD 201 (2011) and Council Regulation (EC) No. 761/2009 Method C.3 under GLP conditions. The 72h-ECr50 -value was determined to be 24.7 mg/L and the 72h-ErC10 was determined to be 6.5 mg/L . The NOEC-value for inhibition of growth rate after 72 hours was determined to be 0.8 mg/L.
