First-aid measures

General advice :

Consult a physician. Show material safety data sheet.

If inhaled :

If breathed in, move person to fresh air. If not brathing, give artificial repiration. Consult a physician.

In case of skin contact :

Take off contaminated clothing and shoes immediately. Wash off with soap and plenty of water. Consult a physician.

In case of eye contact :

Rinse thoroughly with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes and consult a physician.

If swallowed :

Do not induce vomiting. Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. Consult a physician.

Fire-fighting measures

Extinguishing media :

CO2, extinguishing powder or foam.

Specific hazards arising from the substance : Possibility formation of toxic gaz such as CO, NOx, SOx, HBR or HF.

Advice for firefighters :

Wear self containerd breathing apparatus for fire fighting. Wear full cover protection.

Accidental release measures

Use personal protective equipment .Avoid breathing vapors, mist or gas.

Ensure adequate ventilation.

Remove all sources of ignition.

Evacuate personel to safe areas.

Environmental precautions : Avoid contamination to the soil.

Avoid water contamination.

Handling and storage

Handling : Handle in a contained and ventilated place.

Avoid contact with skin or eyes, do not breathe dust.

Avoid dust generation or accumulation. Use mechanical ventilation to control dust.

Storage : Keep container tighly closed in a dry and weel ventilated place.

Store at room temperature.

Exposure controls / personal protection

Opened handling of power should be prohibited.

All powder handling operations should be performed in a contained manner using a suitably designed and perfomed verfied containment equipment.

Mechanical ventilation.

Ground all equipment.

Access to working areas must be restricted to trained and authorised person only.

Personal Protection Equipment :

Respiratory protection : Wear a respiratory protection such as filter cartridge type P3

Hand protection : Wear protective gloves made of rubber (neoprene or nitrile).

Eye protection : Wear safety glasses.

Skin and body protection : Wear protective shoes, full protective suit.

The facilities should be fitted with safety shower and eyewash in area.

Stability and reactivity

Avoid contact with oxydants, acids, reductors and bases.

Dangerous decomposition products : In case of fire, toxic gaz could be emitted such as CO, NOx, SOx, HBR or HF.

Disposal considerations

Do not discharg into nature or into sewer in order to avoid water contamination.

Dispose in a approved plant for incineration.

In every case, dispose in accordance with regulations in force.
