Remarks:
Ignition on contact with air refers to either Pyrophoric solids or Pyrophoric liquids depending on physical state (migrated information).
Remarks on result:
no ignition on contact with air (not further specified)
Remarks:
corresponding to 'no' in migrated source record.
Pyrophoric liquids
Test procedure:

Remarks on result:
no ignition on contact with air (not further specified)
Remarks:
corresponding to 'no' in migrated source record.

Any other information on results incl. tables

From the preliminary screening test the sample was seen to briefly ignite and therefore no further testing was required.

Initially on heating the sample melted then started to solidify and expand, before igniting with a medium size, orange flame which extinguished after a few seconds. No propagation of this reaction was observed and therefore no rate of burning could be determined.

Applicant's summary and conclusion

Interpretation of results:
non flammable
Remarks:
Migrated information
Conclusions:
It has been determined that ADTP should not be classified as a readily combustible solid of UN Class 4, Division 4.1.
Executive summary:

A GLP-compliant study has been conducted in accordance with EU method A10 of Directive 92/69/EEC. It has been determined that ADTP should not be classified as a readily combustible solid of UN Class 4, Division 4.1 as the substance failed to propagate burning.
