Description of key information
This test has been launched following the request of the UK Competent Authority (see attached).
The analytical investigation showed a non recovery value between the nominal and the measured concentrations. Due to these parameters, the NOEC calculated on the fish are non robust values. It was decided to invalidate this study.

Summarizing the NOEC values for each of the test parameters assessed, the overall NOEC of DV6850 and degradation products for early life stages of zebra fish was determined to be nominal 0.032 mg/L, since no toxic effect on the eggs, larvae or fish was observed at this concentration. The overall LOEC was determined to be nominal 0.10 mg/L, due to the statistically significantly reduced value for hatching time/development rate of the eggs.
