Test results:

Test D

The test was conducted in an open aluminium crucible. The sample was observed to undergo an endothermic event -18.3 deg C (start of freezing) which continued for the duration of the test. On completion of the testing a cloudy white, viscous liquid remained.

Test E

The test was conducted in an open aluminium crucible. The sample was observed to undergo an endothermic event -15.3 deg C (start of freezing) which continued for the duration of the test. On completion of the testing a cloudy white, viscous liquid remained.

The freezing end point was beyond the limits of the equipment.

Result : < -15 deg C

Conclusions:
Freezing point was determined to be -15°C.

Description of key information

Freezing : <-15°C
