Description of key information
The substance has a log Koc in the range of 4.12 to 4.52 using OECD TG 121.
Four peaks were measured of which the two main peaks, peak 2 (36.9%) and peak 4 (55.2%), gave log Koc values of 4.19 and 4.52, respectively. Based on the values for the two main peaks, a mean log Koc value of 4.36 will be used for assessment purposes. The related Koc value is 22909 L/kg.

The adsorption coefficient (Koc) of the test substance was assessed using the HPLC screening method according to OECD TG 121, and in compliance with GLP (Envigo, 2015). In this study 4 peaks were measured with log Koc values for peak 1 to 4 of 4.12, 4.19, 4.44, and 4.52, respectively. The percentage area normalization values for these 4 peaks were 4.8%, 36.9%, 3.0% and 55.2%, respectively. The Koc was shown to be in the range 1.30E+04 to 3.33E+04 L/kg.
