Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.
The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Additional information
No experimental data are available for RAV 7MC (EC 700-742-1).For justification of the intended read-across approach of Diallyl-2,2 ´-oxydiethyl dicarbonate (EC 205 -528 -7) toReaction mass of 2,2'-oxydiethanol and 2,2-dimethylpropane-1,3-diol and diallyl 2,2'-oxydiethyl dicarbonate and diallyl carbonate and pentaerythritol' (EC 700 -742 -1), please refer to the overall summary of aquatic toxicity test results.
The toxicity of this substance has been tested under GLP conditions according to OECD 209 in an activated sludge respiration inhibition test (Youngs, 2010). The test was conducted at a temperature of approximately 21 °C and with the addition of a synthetic sewage as respiratory substrate. The rate of respiration was determined after 3 hours contact time and was compared to the date of the used reference substance (3,5-dichlorophenol). The reference substance gave an EC50 value of 9.0 mg/L with 95 % confidence limits of 7.1 – 11.0 mg/L. The effect of the test item on the respiration of activated sewage sludge resulted in a 3 hour EC50 of 130 mg/L with 95% confidence limits 100 - 160 mg/L. The No Observed Effect Concentration (NOEC) after 3 hours exposure was 47 mg/L.
