Available data from peer reviewed journals were described to conclude the Short term toxicity of tes material to fish as follows.

A study was conducted to assess the toxicity effect of test material on fish Leuciscus idus for a 96 hours of exposure. The 0% mortality i.e. LC0 was observed to be 1000 mg/L. Thus, it is concluded that the test substance does not exhibit toxicity to fish and can be considered to be not classified as per CLP criteria.

In another peer reviewed journal test was conducted on Rainbow trout , Bluegill sunfish and Sea lamprey larvaes.

Bluegill sunfish:

Observation on the toxic effect test material on rainbow trout (Salmo gairdneri) was evalutaed for 24 h.Fishes were obtained from the stocks of local state and Fedral fish hatcheries and were held in large raceways.6 fishes per concentration were placed together in a 10-liter glass battery containing 5 liters of water. These jars were provided with aeration through standard stone air – breakers. 12 such replicates were observed.

 Observations of each test were made approximately six times, at various intervals, during the 24-hour test period.No adverse effects were observed after 24 h when treated at concentration 5.0 mg/l.

Sea lamprey larvaes:

Observation on the toxic effect test material on (Petromyzon marinus) larvae was evalutaed for 24 h.Larval lampreys were collected by means of an electric shocker in the Ocqueoc River , Presque Isle County, Michigan, and were held in running water in aquaria and small "races" under conditions which stimulated there natural stream habitat.6 larvas per concentration were placed together in a 10-liter glass battery containing 5 liters of water. These jars were provided with aeration through standard stone air – breakers. 12 such replicates were observed.

 Observations of each test were made approximately six times, at various intervals, during the 24-hour test period.No adverse effects were observed after 24 h when treated at concentration 5.0 mg/l.
