Executive summary:

The Relative Density of the Test Item was determined by pycnometer method, in accordance with the method and procedures outlined into the OECD guideline 109. The test item was filled into the empty, clean sample cell and the weight was measured. The volume of sample was determined automatically by the density tester. Five parallel tests were performed.

The test was performed at a temperature of 20 ± 0.5 °C.

The relative density has been calculated comparing the test item density determined at 20 °C and the water density determined at 4 °C (i.e. ca 1 g/l).

The measured density of the test item resulted to be 1070.1 ± 7.90 kg/m3.
