Additional information

The acute daphnia study of Huels (1995) was used as key study for PNEC derivation. The 24h test was conducted according EU Method C2. The static test was performed at pH 7,5 and 20°C. The test concentrations used were 0, 100, 200, 500, and 1000 mg/L. These concentrations were measured and found to be similar to the nominal concentrations (<20% differences). the results of this test is an unbounded 48h-EC50 of > 1000 mg/L for Daphnia magna.
