Handling and storage
Belastung durch Einatmen des Stoffes und durch Hautkontakt
so gering wie möglich sowie der Augenkontakt ausgeschlossen
ist.
Bei Abfüll-, Umfüll- und Dosierarbeiten sowie bei
Probenahmen sollten geschlossene bzw. zumindest staubdichte
Vorrichtungen verwendet werden.
Beim Umgang in offenen Systemen sollte möglicher Staub
filter type P3 according to DIN EN 143) getragen werden.
Zur Vermeidung von Hautkontakt sollten geprüfte
Schutzhandschuhe (z. B. nitrile rubber: thickness >=0,5mm,
breakthrough time >=480min; butyl rubber:
thickness >=0,7mm, breakthrough time >=480m; Vitron) und
ggf. geeignete Schutzkleidung (z. B. Einweg-Schutzanzug)
getragen werden. Nach Produktkontamination Handschuhe
sofort wechseln und fachgerecht entsorgen. Beschmutzte
Kleidung sofort ausziehen. Arbeitskleidung getrennt
aufbewahren.
Eine dichtschkießende Schutzbrille (z. B. Korbbrille,
Säureschutzbrille) ist unbedingt erforderlich.
In unmittelbarer Nähe des Arbeitsbereiches sollten
ausreichende Waschgelegenheiten zur Verfügung stehen sowie
Augenbrausen bereitgestellt und ihr Standort auffällig
gekennzeichnet werden.
Nach Hautkontakt sollten die betroffenen Körperstellen
sofort gründlich mit (:::) gereinigt werden.
Besondere Hautschutz- und Hautpflegemaßnahmen werden
empfohlen.
"ENGLISH"
All working methods must be designed so that exposure by
inhalation of the substance and by skin contact is
minimized and eye contact is excluded.
Closed or at least splashproof equipment should be used
during filling, transfer and metered feeding as well as
during sampling.
In the case of handling in open systems, any dust that can
form must be extracted directly at the point of origin.
The extracted air may only be returned to the work area
after adequate cleaning using tested equipment.
If technical extraction or ventilation measures are not
possible or are insufficient, respiratory protection (e.g.
filter type P::: according to DIN EN 143) should be worn.
To avoid skin contact, tested protective gloves (e.g.
nitrile rubber: thickness >=0,5mm,
breakthrough time >=480min; butyl rubber:
thickness >=0,7mm, breakthrough time >=480min)
and, if applicable, suitable protective clothing (e.g. :::)
should be worn.
Safe eye protection (e.g. goggles) is absolutely essential.
Adequate washing facilities should be available in the
immediate vicinity of the work area and eye douches should
be made available and their location indicated
conspicuously.
Adequate washing facilities should be available in the
immediate vicinity of the work area and eye douches should
be made available and their location indicated
conspicuously.
After skin contact, the affected parts of the skin shoud be
cleaned thoroughly using (:::).
Special skin-protection and skin-care measures are
recommended.
A skin-protection plan should be drawn up.
Outdoor clothing should be kept separate from working
clothes.
Storage: Store in tightly sealed, non-breakable containers, which
have been properly labeled, in a dry place, if
necessary with local extraction.
