PBT status:
the substance is not PBT / vPvB
Justification:

It can be stated that the substance does not fulfill the PBT criteria (not PBT) and not the vPvB criteria (not vPvB).

Persistence:

The substance is not readily biodegradable (OECD TG 301B) and has a half-life time in sediment of ≥ 180 days. Therefore, the substance is assessed to be “vP”

Bioaccumulation:

The test substance is considered not bioaccumulative as the substance has a log Kow of ≤4.5 and may therefore be considered to be “not B/vB”.  

Toxicity:

Based on the available information, the substance is classified as a carcinogen (category 2) and a reprotoxic toxicant (category 2) in accordance with EU Classification, Labelling and Packaging of Substances and Mixtures (CLP) Regulation No. (EC) 1272/2008. Therefore, the substance is assessed to be “T”.
