Additional information

Justification for classification or non-classification

From the preliminary screening test the Test Item was seen to burn in a time < 2 minutes and therefore the full test was required.

The test item partially melted to a black viscous material and ignited with a large, orange flame and black smoke. The flame partially melted the preceding material enabling the flame to travel along the train. Wetted zone stopped the spread of the flame on all tests.

In the main test, the burning time was less than 45 seconds in one of the performed tests.
