Description of key information
The present study estimated the log Koc of the test substance using a HPLC method. The test item is stated as zwitterion. Thus it was considered that the test item behaves equal to a non-ionised compound since the positive and negative charge cancel each other out.Based on calibration curve obtained by correlation of the retention time of structurally heterogeneous reference items with their known adsorption coefficient, the log Koc was estimated to be 3.84.
