The flashpoint of mmt is >60 °C and mmt does not contain halogens.

Per the ECHA Guidance on the Classification of CLP Criteria, November 2013 (http://echa.europa.eu/documents/10162/13562/clp_en.pdf), Table 2.6.4 -a, a test substance may be considered non-flammable with a flash point of >60 C and confirmation that the substance is not halogenated.
