Description of key information

The sample decomposed over the temperature range 186 to 237 °C.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

In accordance with the standardised guideline EU Method A.1, the technique of differential scanning calorimetry was applied to a sample of the test material in an effort to determine the melting point.

No value was obtained due to decomposition of the test material. The temperature range for the decomposition was 186 to 237 °C.

The study was performed in line with accepted standardised guidelines with a high standard of reporting. The study was assigned a reliability score of 1 according to the principles for assessing data quality set out in Klimisch (1997) and considered suitable for assessment as an accurate reflection of the test material. The available data are considered complete.
