Results and discussion
Any other information on results incl. tables
After 48 and 72h, a strong positive reaction was obtained to 1% MSC (in pet.). 6 weeks after this test, the patients were retested with MSC in lower concentrations: 0.5%, 0.2%, 0.1% (all in pet.). To MSC, a positive papulovesicular reaction was seen when tested with 0.5% and 0.2%, lower concentrations were negative.
Applicant's summary and conclusion
- Conclusions:
- Regarding the results of the patch test on humans, the test substance methanesulphonyl chloride is not senisitzing to the human skin, but could probably be irritant.
