Conclusions:
The surface tension was not determined according to a procedure designed to be compatible with Method A.5 (Surface Tension) of Commission Regulation (EC) No 440/2008 (2008) and OECD Method 115 (1995) since the water solubility was considered to be less than 1 mg/L. The method guideline states that substances with a water solubility less than 1 mg/l need not be tested for surface tension.
