Additional information

Mobility inhibition of Daphnia magna exposed to N, N-Dimethyldipropylentriamine has been investigated through ISO 6341 -1991 guideline. Daphnia magna were exposed for 48h to solutions of N, N-Dimethyldipropylentriamine at nominal concentrations from 5 to 100 mg/L. The concentration had not been determined because of the physicochemical properties of the substance (high solubility, low volatility). Therefore, the concentrations of the test substance are considered to be stable during the test and results are based on nominal values. EC50 - 48h was determined to be 9.2 mg/L. Validity criteria were fulfilled. EC50 obtained with the reference substance was in the normal range.
