First-aid measures
After inhalation:
* Supply fresh air; consult doctor in case of discomfort.
. After skin contact:
Immediately wash with water and soap and rinse thoroughly.
* . After eye contact:
* Rinse opened eye for several minutes under running water. Then consult
* a doctor.
. After swallowing:
If symptoms persist consult doctor.
Fire-fighting measures
. Suitable extinguishing agents :
-CO2, powder or water spray. Fight larger fires with water spray or
alcohol resistant foam.
. Special hazards, products of combustion, released gases :
In case of fire, the following can be released:
Carbon monoxide (CO)
Nitrogen oxides (NOx)
Dust can combine with air to form an explosive mixture.
. Special protective equipment :
* Mouth respiratory protective device.
Wear protective clothing.
. Additional information :
Cool endangered receptacles with water spray.
Accidental release measures
* . Person-related safety precautions:
* Avoid formation of dust.
* See Section 8 for information on personal protection equipment.
. Measures for environmental protection:
Do not allow product to reach sewage system or any water course.
. Measures for cleaning/collecting:
Pick up mechanically.
Send for recovery or disposal in suitable receptacles.
Clean the affected area carefully; suitable cleaners are:
Weak alkaline solution
Handling and storage
. Handling:
* . Information for safe handling:

* Avoid contact with the eyes.
See Section 8 for information on personal protection equipment.
. Information about fire - and explosion protection:
Keep ignition sources away - Do not smoke.
. Storage:
* . Requirements to be met by storerooms and receptacles:
* Use polyolefin lining in receptacles.
* Store under cover.
Keep receptacle tightly sealed.
. Information about storage in one common storage facility:
Store away from foodstuffs.
