Description of key information

Hydrolysis is not a relevent degradation pathway of the test substance in water

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

Based on the structure of NaFeEDDHA no hydrolysis is expected as no hydrolysable groups are present. The substance can thus be regarded as hydrolytically stable. This is further supported by its application and use in aqueous solution and also by the read across substances Fe-EDDHMA-Na and Fe-EDDHMA-K which also are stable in water.
