Guidance on Safe Use
Administrative data
First-aid measures
Emergency measure - Inhalation: Remove to fresh air. Obtain medical attention.
Emergency measure - Eyes: Rinse immediately with plenty of water and/or buffer
solution. Seek medical advice.
Emergency measure - Skin: Remove contaminated clothing. Wash affected skin thoroughly
with warm water using a mild soap.
Emergency measure - Ingestion: Drink water in small sips. Obtain medical attention.
Fire-fighting measures
Recommended extinguishing agent: Waterfog, Kohlendioxid, foam, dry powder, sand
"ENGLISH"
Fine water spray, carbon dioxide, foam, dry powder, sand
Product arising from burning: Kohlendioxid, Hafuiumhypochlorid, Wasser
"ENGLISH"
Carbon dioxide, hafnium hypochloride, water
Product determined by test: N
Protective equipment: Self contained breathing apparatus.
Accidental release measures
Emergency measures in case of spillage: Provide sufficient ventilation. Prevent from entering into
sever systems,surface water or soil.
Soak spilled product up with liquid absorbing material (sand
etc.) and dispose of.
Disposal: Burn in compliance with operative regulations in a
hazardous waster incinerator.
While taking up the substance, prevent skin and eye contact
as well as inhalation of it. Wear personal protective
equipment (see in this regard point "handling").
Handling and storage
Handling: All working methods must always be designed so that skin
contact with the substance is avoided.
As far as possible, closed equipment should be used during
filling, transfer and metered feeding as well as during
sampling.
Use only in well ventilated areas.
To avoid skin contact, tested protective gloves (e.g. :::)
and suitable protective clothing (e.g. :::) should be worn.
Wear safety goggles.
Outdoor clothing should be kept separate from working
clothes.
Storage: Keep container dry and tightly closed. Use shatterproof
containers and secure against falling down.
Packaging of the substance and or preparation: For Net 100 - 1000 g Product:
100 - 1000 ml lävasint (R)- coated glas bottles.
