Description of key information

Manganese Oxalate is not considered as a flammable solid, is not pyrophoric, and is not flammable in contact with water.

The flammability of Manganese Oxalate was determined according to UN N1 test.

Based on the fact that Manganese Oxalate has no structural alerts for either pyrophoricity or flammability on contact with water, and based on our experience handling the substance, Manganese Oxalate is not pyrophoric, and is not flammable in contact with water.

Justification for classification or non-classification

Manganese oxalate is not subject to classification as flammable solid or as pyrophoric substance or as flammable substance when in contact with water according to Directive 67/548 EEC or Regulation 1272/2008/EC.
