Administrative data
First-aid measures
signs/symptoms continue, call a physician.
Emergency measure - Eyes: Immediately flush eyes with large amounts of water. Get
immediate medical attention.
Emergency measure - Skin: Flush skin with large amounts of water. If irritation
persists, get medical attention.
Emergency measure - Ingestion: Call a physician immediately. If swallowed, induce vomiting
immediately as directed by medical personnel. Never give
anything by mouth to an unconscious person.
Fire-fighting measures
Product arising from burning: carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, hydrogen fluoride, toxic
vapours, gases or particulates.
Product determined by test: N
Protective equipment: Wear full protective clothing, including helmet,
self-contained, positve pressure or pressure demand
breathing apparatus, bunker coat and pants, bands around
arms, waist and legs, face mask and protective covering for
exposed areas of the head.
Accidental release measures
Avoid contact with water, do not let the material enter into
drains or surface water.
Clean up residue, ventilate the area.
Dispose of the spill via incineration in the presence of a
combustible material. Combustion products include HF.
