Emergency measure - Eyes: Rinse with water for 15 minutes, keep eyelids open

Emergency measure - Skin: Wash with soap and water

Emergency measure - Ingestion: Seek medical attention In all cases, remove contaminated

clothing.

Fire-fighting measures

Recommended extinguishing agent: Combustion products may contain carbon, nitrogen and

sulphur oxides together with some soot and hydrogen

chloride gas. Suitable extinguishers are water fog, foam,

carbon dioxide and dry powder.

Accidental release measures

Emergency measures in case of spillage: Sweep up spilt material. Take care to protect the

respiratory tract, use a fine dust mask. Dispose of waste

material by incineration at an approved facility.

Handling and storage

Handling: When handling large amounts, ensure that the work area is

well ventilated and extraction systems are used. A

breathing apparatus should be worn if necessary, especially

when extraction systems are not used.
