First-aid measures
General advice: Consult a physican. Show this safety data sheet the doctor in attendance.
If inhaled: If breathed in, move person into fresh air. If not breathing give artificial respiration Consult a physician.
In case of skin contact: Wash off with soap and plenty of water. Consult a physician.
In case of eye contact: Rinse thoroughly with plenty of water for at least 15minutes and consult a physician.
If swallowed: Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. Rinse mouth with water. Consult a physician.
Fire-fighting measures
Suitable extinguishing media: Use water spray, alcohol-resistant foam, dry chemical or carbon dioxide.
Special protective equipment for five-fighters if necessary.
Accidental release measures
Use personal protective equipment. Avoid breathing vapours, mist or gas. Ensure adequate ventilation. Evacuate personnel to safe areas.
Prevent further leakage or spillage if safe to do so. Do not let product enter drains. Discharge into the environment must be avoided.
Soak up with inert absorbent material and dispose of as hazardous waste. Keep in suitable, closed containers for disposal through authorized companies.
Associated standard operational procedures:
• PNT-MA-02-000: Environmental Management System Manual
• PNT-MA-04-003: Chemical spills procedure
Handling and storage
Technical and control measures are:
1. Access to warehouse is restricted and only personnel with permission can access
2. Safety Data Sheet are available at workplace
3. Risk phrases and relevant safety information is included in the sampling instructions
4. Substance is stored in a specific area

Stability and reactivity
Stable under normal conditions
Disposal considerations
Treatment of waste on site:
• Aqueous effluents from equipment cleaning are sent to a waste water treatment plant (WWTP).
• Distilled solvents generated during the manufacturing process are treated and recovered to recycle them in the same process.
Treatment of waste off site:
• Empty containers are disposed outside by an authorized company.
• Aqueous and solvents waste streams from scrubber, process or cleaning are sent to authorized managing companies for treatment and valorization
