Guidance on Safe Use
Administrative data
First-aid measures
Inhalation:
Remove to fresh air. If breathing is irregular or stopped, administer artificial respiration.
Skin contact:
After contact with skin, wash immediately with plenty of soap and water. Consult a physician.
Eye contact:
In the case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice.
Ingestion:
Call a physician immediately. Clean mouth with water and drink afterwards plenty of water. Do not induce vomiting without medical advice. Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person.
Fire-fighting measures
1) SUITABLE EXTINGUISHING MEDIA:
Dry powder, Water spray, Foam
2) SPECIFIC HAZARDS DURING FIRE FIGHTING:
Heating or fire can release toxic gas.
3) SPECIAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT FOR FIRE FIGHTERS:
In the event of fire, wear self-contained breathing apparatus.
4) ADDITIONAL ADVICE:
Use water spray to cool unopened containers.
Accidental release measures
1) PERSONAL PRECAUTIONS:
Use respirator when performing operations involving potential accidental exposure to vapour of the product.
2) ENVIRONMENTAL PRECAUTIONS:
Prevent product from entering drains in case of spillage.
3) METHODS FOR CLEANING UP:
Sweep up or vacuum up spillage and collect in suitable container for disposal and wear full protective clothing incl. goggles and gloves. Do not flush into surface water or sanitary sewer system.
Handling and storage
1.1) SAFE HANDLING ADVICE:
Provide sufficient air exchange and/or exhaust in work rooms. Avoid contact with skin and eyes.
1.2) ADVICE ON PROTECTION AGAINST FIRE AND EXPLOSION:
take precautionary measures against static discharges.
2) STORAGE:
2.1) REQUIREMENTS FOR STORAGE AREAS AND CONTAINERS:
To maintain product quality, do not store in heat or direct sunlight. Keep container tightly closed. Keep in a dry, cool and well-ventilated place.

Personal protection equipment
Respiratory protection: not required.
Hand protection: rubber gloves.
Eye protection: protective goggles.
Exposure to the environment limited and controlled: Prevent material from entering surface waters and soil.
Stability and reactivity
General information: If stored and handled in accordance with standard industrial practices no hazardous reactions are known.
Conditions to avoid: none known.
Materials to avoid: strong oxidizing agents.
Hazardous decomposition products: If stored and handled in accordance with standard industrial practices and local regulations where applicable: none known .
Disposal considerations
Material:
Recommendation: Dispose of according to regulations by incineration in a special waste incinerator. Observe local/state/federal regulations.
