Results and discussion

Flash point
Key result
Remarks on result:
no flash point - measurement carried out until boiling temperature

Any other information on results incl. tables

Preliminary test

It was visually observed that the test item has a boiling temperature of approximately 197°C. No flammable vapour/air mixture was produced at temperatures below the boiling temperature of the test item. From this, it was concluded that the test item has no flash point.

Applicant's summary and conclusion

Interpretation of results:
GHS criteria not met
Conclusions:
The closed cup method was applied for the determination of the flash-point of JNJ-126971-AAA (T000509). No flash-point was observed below the boiling temperature of the test item.
