Executive summary:

Based on available data from National instititute of technology and evaluation (NITE) test item was tested to the toxicity to freswater species of Daphnia Magna, in the nominal concentration: 30, 20, 13, 8.9, 5.9 mg/L , 0 mg/L (control) and the temperature 19.9 - 20.1 ºC according the OECD TG 202, followed GLP principles. Test was performed in semi-static condition during 48 hours. Five organism per vessels (20 per concentrations) were used. Test solutions were prepared by mixing a stock solution of the test substance, which was prepared by dissolving the substance in test water. The Effective concentration EC50 (48h) of 12 mg/L based on mobility was evaluated.
