First-aid measures
General advice: Do not leave the victim unattended.
Protection of first-aiders: No action shall be taken involving any personal risk or without suitable training.
If inhaled: If unconscious, place in recovery position and seek medical advice.
If symptoms persist, call a physician.
In case of skin contact: Get medical attention immediately.
In case of contact, immediately flush skin with plenty of water for at least 30 minutes.
Wash contaminated clothing before reuse.
In case of eye contact: Remove contact lenses.
Protect unharmed eye.
If eye irritation persists, consult a specialist.
If swallowed: Keep respiratory tract clear.
Do not give milk or alcoholic beverages.
Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person.
Get medical attention if symptoms appear.
Most important symptoms and effects, both acute and delayed
Risks: Harmful if swallowed or in contact with skin.
Causes serious eye damage.
Causes severe burns.
Indication of any immediate medical attention and special treatment needed
Treatment: No special measures required.
Fire-fighting measures
Suitable extinguishing media: In case of fire, use water/water spray/water jet/carbon diox-ide/sand/foam/alcohol resistant foam/chemical powder for extinction.
Hazardous combustion products:
Carbon dioxide (CO2)
Carbon monoxide
Nitrogen oxides (NOx)
Oxides of phosphorus
Special protective equipment for firefighters: Wear self-contained breathing apparatus for firefighting if necessary.
Further information:
Standard procedure for chemical fires.
Promptly isolate the scene by removing all persons from the vicinity of the incident if there is a fire.
Use extinguishing measures that are appropriate to local cir-cumstances and the surrounding environment.
Fire residues and contaminated fire extinguishing water must be disposed of in accordance with local regulations.
Accidental release measures
Personal precautions: Use personal protective equipment.
Environmental precautions: Do not flush into surface water or sanitary sewer system.
Methods for cleaning up:
Wipe up with absorbent material (e.g. cloth, fleece).
Keep in suitable, closed containers for disposal.
Handling and storage
Advice on safe handling:For personal protection see chapter Exposure controls / personal protection
Smoking, eating and drinking should be prohibited in the application area.
Advice on protection against fire and explosion:Normal measures for preventive fire protection.
Hygiene measures: General industrial hygiene practice
Requirements for storage areas and containers: Electrical installations / working materials must comply with the technological safety standards.
Advice on common storage: No materials to be especially mentioned.
Storage class (TRGS 510): 8A, Combustible, corrosive hazardous materials
Further information on storage stability: No decomposition if stored and applied as directed.
Specific use(s): Lubricants, greases, release products

Exposure controls / personal protection
Exposure controls
Engineering measures:
If user operations generate dust, fumes, gas, vapour or mist, use process enclosures, local exhaust ventilation or other engineering controls to keep worker exposure to airborne contaminants below any recommended or statutory limits.
Personal protective equipment
Eye protection: Safety glasses with side-shields
Hand protection
Material: PVC
Break through time: < 60 min
Remarks: The data about break through time/strength of material are standard values! The exact break through time/strength of material has to be obtained from the producer of the protective glove.
Skin and body protection: Protective suit
Respiratory protection: No personal respiratory protective equipment normally required.
Environmental exposure controls
Water: The product should not be allowed to enter drains, water courses or the soil.
Stability and reactivity
Reactivity
No decomposition if stored and applied as directed.
Chemical stability
No decomposition if stored and applied as directed.
Possibility of hazardous reactions
Stable under recommended storage conditions. No hazards to be specially mentioned.
Conditions to avoid: not applicable
Materials to avoid: not applicable
Hazardous decomposition products: aromatic amines Phosphorus compounds
Disposal considerations
Waste treatment methods
Contaminated packaging: Empty containers should be taken to an approved waste han-dling site for recycling or disposal
