Conclusions:
The study is not suitable for classification purpose according to CLP criteria, as the flash point is not relevant for solids.
However, it confirms that the substance does not evolve flammable vapours upon heating.
Moreover, it is relevant with regard to GHS criteria, as the melting point (ca 65°C) is below the higher threshold (93°C), i.e. the substance is liquid in the classification range. Not a flammable liquid based on result.
Executive summary:

The flash point of the test substance was determined under GLP according to ISO 3679 (listed in EU A9 guideline), closed cup method. Two main runs were performed, and the lower result was corrected to normal atmP.

Additional information

Two fully reliable experimental studies, conducted according to a recognized ISO/EC method, are available for two different compositions. Consistent results (150 and 151°C under normal Patm) were obtained, and confirm that the substance does not evolve flammable vapours upon heating.

However, they are not suitable for classification purpose according to CLP criteria, as the flash point is not relevant for solids (melting point > 60°C which is the highest classification threshold for flammable liquids).

With regard to GHS criteria, the substance is liquid (mp ca 65°C) in the classification range (up to 93°C), but the result does not meet the classification criteria, i.e. Not a flammable liquid.
