Description of key information
In accordance with section 2 of REACH (Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006) Annex XI, the flammability (gases and solids) studies (required in Annex VII section 7.10) do not need to be conducted as the substance is a liquid.
In accordance with section 1 of REACH (Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006) Annex XI, the flammability (contact with water and pyrophoric properties of solids and liquids) studies (required in Annex VII section 7.10) do not need to be conducted as experience in use and handling has shown that the substance does not possess these properties.

Justification for classification or non-classification
The notifiable substance is a non-volatile organic aqueous solution; as such no flash-point below 60ºC is to be expected. As a result, the substance does not meet the criteria for classification according to Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008, Annex I section 2.6.
