Interpretation of results:
GHS criteria not met
Conclusions:
The mean pressure rise time obtained with the test item / cellulose mixture was higher than the mean pressure rise times obtained with the three mixtures of reference item / cellulose. The test item is thus not assigned to Division 5.1 and not classified as an oxidising liquid under CLP Regulation.
Executive summary:

2-Fluoronitrobenzene was tested for its oxidizing properties in compliance with United Nations Recommendations on the Transport of Dangerous Goods - Manual of Tests and Criteria - Fifth revised edition (2009) - Method O.2 (Part III, Section 34.4.2) and under GLP conditions. The mean pressure rise time obtained with the test item / cellulose mixture was compared to the mean pressure rise times obtained with the three mixtures of reference items / cellulose and demonstrated to be higher:
