First-aid measures
In case on inhalation:
Move injured person to fresh air. Administer oxygen only if blueness or oxygen depravation occurs. Seek medical advice immediately.
In case of skin contact:
Remove contaminated clothing immediately and wash with soap and water. Seek medical advice immediately.
in case of eye contact:
Immediately flush with running water for at least 15 minutes. Seek medical advice immediately.
In case of ingestion:
Immediately rinse the mouth and drink plenty of water. Do not allow the injured person to ingest milk or any oily substance, fat or alcohol. Seek medical advice immediately.
Fire-fighting measures
For small fires:
Use powder, dry sand or CO2 extinguishers
Do not spray with water as fire may spread.
For large fires:
Use foam extinguisher to remove air source.

Use self-contained beathing apparatus and full protective equipment when fighting fire.

Accidental release measures
Evacuate spillage area, cordon off and deny access to unauthorised persons.

Wear chemically resistant gloves and full protective clothing to minimise contact with skin.
Wear goggles or safety glasses with side splash protection to avoid contact with eye.
Wear face masks suitable for use with organic vapours as a minimum, to avoid exposure by inhalation.
Where applicable Local Exhaust Ventilation should be in effect during clean up.
Avoid contamination of soil, drains, waterways and aquatic environment (including ground water).
Absorb liquid spillage with inert material (sand/sawdust/paper/cloth) sweep-up and place in a suitably labeled container.
Any residual waste should be rinsed off with water, washing waters should be collected for disposal in a suitably labeled container.
Retain all material in sealed suitably labeled containers for disposal at a licensed site.

Exposure controls / personal protection
Full personal protective equipment including full body overalls, chemically resistant gloves and goggles or safety glasses with side spash protection should be worn while handling or cleaning up the substance.
Face masks suitable for organic vapours should be worn as a minimum while handing or cleaning up the substance.

The substance is stable under normal working conditions.
Disposal considerations
Waste polymer sheets and scraps of polymer sheets returned by the customer will be recycled by the polymer sheet manufacturer to produce new polymer sheets.
Where recycling is not possible waste polymer sheets and scraps will be ground down and mixed with other plastics to produce new plastic products.
A policy of 0% emissions is used by the polymer sheet manufacturer and therefore all all waste will be recycled either to form new polymer sheets or to form other plastic products.
