Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Additional information

A study was conducted to determine the acute toxicity of C12-C14 alkylmorpholine to Daphnia magna according to the OECD Guideline 202 and EU Method C.2 in compliance with GLP. Juvenile daphnids (<24h old) were exposed to the nominal concentrations of the test substance at 0, 120, 210, 380, 690 and 1250 µg/L ina static system over an exposure period of 48 h. Test substance analysis demonstrated that the test chemical was not stable. Geometric measured mean concentrations were therefore used for endpoint determination. All the otherquality criteria were met. Under the study conditions, the 48 h EC50 of the test substance for Daphnia magna, based on geometric measured mean was 106 µg/L.The NOEC and LOEC were determined at 43 and 118 µg/L, respectively.
