Disposal considerations

Industry - Possibility of recovery/recycling: Recovery for reuse is not possible.

Industry - Possibility of neutralisation: The corrosive nature may be reduced using phosphoric acid

or a similar acid to reduce the pH and neutralise the amine

content.

Industry - Possibility of destruction: controlled discharge: Discharge following treatment in a waste water plant is

possible.

Industry - Possibility of destruction - incineration: Disposal by incineration is recommended. An incineration

temperature of 700-900 deg C.

Industry - Possibility of destruction - water purification: Not recommended

Public at large - Possibility of recovery/recycling: The substance will not enter the public domain.
