Accidental release measures

Emergency measures in case of spillage: Unter der Voraussetzung, daß die wäßrige Syntheselösung

getrocknet wird, sind folgende Maßnahmen zu ergreifen:

Mit staubbindendem Mittel aufnehmen und in vorschriftsmäßig

gekennzeichneten Behältern sammeln. Sofern keine lokale

Absaugung vorhanden ist, sollten Staubschutzmaske getragen

werden sowie Schutzbrille und -handschuhe. Die gesammelten

Produktreste ordnungsgemäß entsorgen (z.B. durch Verbrennen

in einer geeigneten Verbrennungsanlage).

measures have to be taken:

Handling and storage

Handling: Alle Arbeitsverfahren sind grundsätzlich so zu gestalten,

daß die Belastung durch Einatmen des Stoffes und durch

Hautkontakt so gering wie möglich sowie der Augenkontakt

ausgeschlossen ist. Bei Abfüll-, Umfüll- und Dosierarbeiten

sowie bei Probenahmen sollten geschlossene bzw. zumindest

staubdichte Vorrichtungen verwendet werden. Beim Umgang in

offenen Systemen sollte möglicher Staub unmittelbar am

Entstehungsort abgesaugt werden. Wenn technische

Absaug- oder Lüftungsmaßnahmen nicht möglich oder

unzureichend sind, sollte Atemschutz getragen werden. Zur

Vermeidung von Hautkontakt sollten geprüfte Schutzhandschuhe

und geeignete Schutzkleidung getragen werden. Ein sicherer

Augenschutz ist unbedingt erforderlich. In unmittelbarer

Nähe des Arbeitsbereiches sollten ausreichende

Waschgelegenheiten zur Verfügung stehen sowie Augenbrausen

bereitgestellt und ihr Standort auffällig gekennzeichnet

werden. Nach Hautkontakt sollten die betroffenen

Körperstellen sofort gründlich gereinigt werden. Besondere

Hautschutz- und Hautpflegemaßnahmen werden empfohlen. Es

sollte ein Hautschutzplan aufgestellt werden. Bei möglicher

Staubentwicklung sollten wegen der potentiellen

Staubexplosionsgefahr potentielle Zündquellen aus dem

Arbeitsbereich entfernt werden. Des weiteren sollten

Maßnahmen gegen elektrostatische Aufladungen getroffen

werden.

Working procedures must be designed so that exposure

by inhalation and skin contact as well as the eye contact

is excluded. Where possible, use closed or at least

dustproof equipment during filling, metered feeding, and

sampling. In the case of handling in open systems, any dust

which forms should be extracted directly at the point of

origin. Respirators should be worn in cases where technical

extraction or ventilation measures are either not possible

or not adequate.

Tested protective gloves and suitable protective clothing

should be worn to avoid contact with the skin. A safe eye

protector is absolutely essential. Adequate washing

facilities and conspicuously marked eye-douche stations

should be provided in the immediate vicinity of the working

area.

After contact with the skin, the affected parts of the body

should be thoroughly cleaned. Special skin-protection and

skin-care measures are recommended. A skin-protection plan

should be drawn up.

Due to the potential dust-explosion risk, in cases where

dust may form, potential ignition sources should be removed

from the working area.

In addition, measures should be taken against static

discharges.

Storage: Es werden dichtschließende, bruchsichere und

vorschriftsmäßig beschriftete Behälter bei kühler und

trockener Lagerung empfohlen. Behälter gegen Herabfallen

sichern. Produktreste an/auf den Behältern vermeiden.
