Additional information - General Population

No consumer uses have been identified for this substance. The substance is used in sealed batteries in cars, but consumers have no access to the battery and thus there is no likelihood of exposure for the general population. In accordance ECHA guidance (Chapter R.5:Adaptation of information requirements) no general population DNELs are set because there are no uses that would result in significant exposure of the general public to the registered substance (see IUCLID dossier Section 3.5).
