Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
The reported data of this mutagenieity test show that the test item did not induee gene mutations by base pair changes or frameshifts in the
genome ofthe strains used.
Therefore, WAL 801 Phthalimin is considered to be non-mutagenic in this baeterial reverse mutation assay.
