After dilution the samples were injected in HPLC-MSMS according to the GLP validated method RRCo-000730_01.
Results of sampling:
Analysis date Concentration in 3.5-dicarboxybenzene boronic acid (mg/L)
01/09/2020* 427.8
02/09/2020 424.0
03/09/2020 416.8
*This sample was taken and analysed on 01/09/2020. But during the batch a vial position error was made. The vials were injected again with the batch of 02/09/2020. (Stability was proved in the study RRCo-000730_01).
The 3 samples do not differ by more than 15%. The average concentration of 3.5-dicarboxyphenyl boronic acid was 422.9 mg/L.
Applicant's summary and conclusion
- Conclusions:
- The water solubility of test item 3.5-dicarboxyphenyl boronic acid is 422.9 mg/L.
- Executive summary:
After pre-incubation at 30°C under stirring for several hours, then 24 hours at 20°C ± 0.5°C, the maximum concentration of 3.5-dicarboxyphenyl boronic acid was determined. The solubilisation plateau is reached at a concentration mean of 422.9mg/L.
The water solubility of test item 3.5-dicarboxyphenyl boronic acid is 422.9 mg/L.
