Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Additional information

No information on "short-term toxicity to aquatic invertebrates" is available for the Target Substance. However data on a Similar Substance (Similar Substance 02) has been taken ito account for the

assessment. More information about the similarity between the two substances is reported in section 13. The substance has been tested for its toxicity to Daphnia Magna species according to the OECD guideline 202. The nominal test concentrations were chosen as 9.4 / 21 / 45 / 100 and 220 mg test article/l.

No immobilization and abnormal behaviour of the Daphnia was observed in the controls and in the test concentrations. The NOEC and ECQ value after 48 hours were determined to be 220 mg/l, the EC50 and the EC100 value are clearly higher than 220 mg/l nominal.

The results showed no toxicity on Daphnia Magna.
