Toxicity to fish

The acute toxicity was investigated in Oncorhynchus mykiss.The 96-Hour LC50 were 12.2 mg/L(nomnal) and 0.307 mg/L(mean measured). The NOEC(mortality) were 10.6 mg/L(nominal) and 0.25 mg/L (mean measured).

Toxicity to aquatic invertebrates

The acute toxicity was investigated in Daphnia magna. The 48h EC50 Daphnia (immobilisstion) were 1.48 mg/L(nominal) and 0.953 mg/L(actual).The NOEC were 0.625 mg/L (nominal) and 0.431 mg/ L(actual).

Toxicity to algae

The toxicity was investigated in Pseudokirchnerella subcapitata. The LOEC values were 0.298 mg/ L(nominal) and 0.0563 mg/L (actual). The EC50 in growth rate was 10.7 mg/L (nominal) and 2.45 mg/L (actual). The EC50 in yield was 2.32 mg/L (nominal ) and 0.516 mg/L(actual).

Toxicity to micro-organisms

At the highest test item concentration of 1000 mg/L, 4,6-dichloro-N-(1,1,3,3-tetramethylbutyl)-1,3,5triazin-2-amine is not inhibitory to the micro-organisms.
