Sampling and analysis
- Analytical monitoring:
- yes
- Details on sampling:
- In order to determine the substance concentration, water samples were taken from the middle of the test chamber in each case from the first and third preparation of the test after 0 and 24 hrs.
Test solutions
- Vehicle:
- yes
- Details on test solutions:
- The test substance was made into a paste using Tween 80 as solubilizing agent. Water for dilution was added and the mixture homogenized using an Ultra-Turrax and ultrasonic bath.
The concentrations tested:
1, 5, 10, 22, 50, 100 mg/l
0 mg/l (negative control)
0,095 mg/l Tween 80 (control group)
