First-aid measures

If inhaled
- Remove to fresh air.
- Oxygen or artificial respiration if needed.
- If symptoms persist, call a physician.

In case of eye contact
- Rinse thoroughly with plenty of water, also under the eyelids.
- If eye irritation persists, consult a specialist.

In case of skin contact
- Wash off with soap and water.
- Remove and wash contaminated clothing before re-use.
- If symptoms persist, call a physician.

If swallowed
- If large quantities of this material are swallowed, call a physician immediately.
- Clean mouth with water and drink afterwards plenty of water.

Fire-fighting measures

Suitable extinguishing media
- Use extinguishing measures that are appropriate to local circumstances and the surrounding environment.

Special hazards arising from the substance or mixture
- Dust may form explosive mixture in air.

Advice for firefighters
- In the event of fire, wear self-contained breathing apparatus.
- If safe to do so, remove the exposed containers, or cool with large quantities of water.

- Evacuate personnel to safe areas.
- Avoid dust formation.

- Sweep up to prevent slipping hazard.
- Prevent further leakage or spillage.

Environmental precautions
- Do not flush into surface water or sanitary sewer system.
- In case of accidental release or spill, immediately notify the appropriate authorities if required by Federal, State/Provincial and local laws and regulations.

- Pick up and arrange disposal without creating dust.
- Place everything into a closed, labelled container compatible with the product.
