Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

The HPLC method was performed using an analytical column Sperisorb ODS1 packed with a C18 solid phase containing long hydrocarbon chains chemically bound onto silica. The test item was eluted along the column by partitioning between the mobile solvent phase and the hydrocarbon stationary phase. The test item was retained in proportion to its hydrocarbon-water partition coefficient. Using reference items, a relationship between the retention time on reverse-phase column and the n-ocatnol/water partition coefficient was established. The mobil phase was methanol/water (65/35v/v).
