No key experimental were available so a QSAR BCF value of 243 was generated using the standard method in the TGD (2003). This result is similar to the range of ≥35 to <275 reported in the bioconcentration study by CITI (1977), though the full study report for this experiment is not available for review. On the basis of these results, 1,2,4-trimethylbenzene would not meet the criteria for B/vB.
