Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Additional information

The substance and the supporting substance are derivatives of 4,4’-bis(1,3,5-triazinyl-2-yl)amino)stilbene-2,2’-disulfonic acid, each with one anilino and one alkyl amino moiety at the triazine ring. The anilino moiety is di-sulfonato anilino. Both substances are sodium salts which under environmental conditions dissociate completely in water. Based on the similar chemical structure of both chemicals, similar physical/chemical properties were gained. Because of the extremely high solubility only a lower limit of water solubility of the supporting substance could be determined. QSAR methods predict an even higher water solubility for the substance defined in section 1. Thus, the substance is very soluble in water. It can be concluded that the water solubility exceeds 500 g/L.
