In a preliminary screening test a piece of 5cm x 3cm x 2.5 cm was heated by the gas burner but could not be ignited (heating time 5 min). Based on the test results further testing was not necessary.

In a standard test accoring to UN test N1, Indium cake was tested for flammability: in a preliminary screening test a piece of 5cm x 3cm x 2.5 cm was heated by the gas burner but could not be ignited (heating time 5 min). Based on the test results further testing was not necessary, and it is concluded that the substance is non-flammable.
