Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.
The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Description of key information
Germination and early growth study utilizing three plant species.
Exposure of terrestrial plant seeds to a 100 µL/L solution of the test substance did not adversely affect germination or early seedling growth of Ryegrass; Radish and Lettuce.
Key value for chemical safety assessment
Additional information
While this endpoint has been proposed to be waived, available short-term study summaries are being provided.
A seven day germination test (etiolated) was conducted using seeds from three species (ryegrass, Radish and Lettuce) comparing percent germination, average hypocotyl length, average root length, and hypocotyl to root ratio between control seeds (40) and seeds treated with 100 µL/L of test substance (80). No adverse effects were noted.
Although this is a pre-GLP and lacking complete documentation, it provides a weight of evidence approach that germination and early growth of terrestrial plants should not be adversely impacted by the test substance at the concentration utilized in this study.
